Flyers have several advantages over TV, radio, and even newspapers. Flyers are relatively cheap, can be mass produced and distributed quickly.

How to create a flyer? Select the shape and play! Start with text, experiment with font, size, images. As far as content is concerned, remember to stress what your antenna does, not who your are. Use colours and principles of simplicity.

A good flyer is medium-sized so that it fits well into a pocket or in a diary, so that you can publish them in a large amount and so that they are easy to distribute. It should give all necessary information, but be as short as possible. A flyer should be conspicuous and original to give people an incentive to read it.

Here are some rules, the designer should follow them:

KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid)
Use BIG letters (at least 10 pt, preferably 12+ pt.)
Use simple, declarative sentences.- Use common, everyday language.
Make it Readable: Leave plenty of "white space"
Use graphics, but sparingly.
Use graphics to draw the readers' eye
Be able to back up everything you put in your flyer
Interesting & informative: Try for a light, easy to read style.
Don't be afraid to use humor or cartoons.
Sum up your product in a few, but powerful words:snappy headline
Add graphics, if necessary
Use clear language and design
Use a logical order, top to bottom, left to right.
Limit paragraphs to 3 sentences long
Use point form, verbs and write short sentences
